Solemn Statement on the Unauthorized Use of Our Corporate Name in Business Activitie

Recently, we have discovered that certain companies or individuals, acting without authorization, have been impersonating our employees, distributors, and partners under the name of our company or its affiliates (“PCG Power”, “PCG Global” or similar variations) to, fabricate cooperation information and engage in fraudulent negotiations for cooperation with clients and project owners. Such actions constitute a serious violation of applicable laws and regulations, disrupt market order, and infringe upon our brand reputation and the rights and interests of our clients. To safeguard market integrity and protect the legitimate rights of all parties concerned, we hereby make the following solemn statement:

1. All members of our official business development team are professionally trained employees under formal labor contracts. During business engagement, they can provide legally valid proof of employment, such as a written power of attorney, a company e-mail address (name@pcgpower.com), an employee ID badge, social security payment records, or other documents confirming their status as official employees of PCG Power.

2. Anyone who is not our official employee but communicates or provides services on our behalf shall present: (i) a legally valid cooperation agreement between PCG Power and the person's company (including proof of identity and relationship), or (ii) a duly executed commission contract or written authorization issued by us that specifies the authorization period, project name, and other key details.

3. Any agreement on business cooperation shall be effective only when a written contract is duly executed and stamped. The liaison person of the contract must be an official employee of PCG Power. Without our written confirmation, no form of cooperation, obligation, or commitment shall have any legal effect on PCG Power.

4. Any commercial activity conducted in PCG Power's name without prior written authorization constitutes infringement. We will pursue legal liability against such unlawful acts through legal means.

5. PCG Power adheres to the principles of integrity and transparency in its business operations, and strictly prohibits any corruption, fraud, unfair competition, or other misconduct by its employees. In case you encounter anyone claiming to represent PCG Power who fails to provide the required proof of authorization, whose identity is in doubt, or who engages in any improper or unlawful conduct, please report the matter to us immediately. We will promptly investigate and handle the matter. PCG Power looks forward to working with you to foster a healthy business environment.
